Cassis House is an experience that combines the passion for cooking and the pleasure of sharing the flavors of Patagonia in a unique environment.
Mariana Müller’s cuisine is inspired by its austro-Hungarian roots, seasonal products, and its own garden, expressing itself in a combination of spontaneous and defined flavors.
We have two options:
-Experience Huerta: the welcome is in the Cassis garden with a cocktail and reception snacks among flowers, flavors of the garden and aromas of the vinegar cellar.
Then dinner continues at the shared table of Casa Cassis lounge.
-Workshops: the program begins by touring the organic garden and visiting the vinegar winery and is complemented by the cooking workshop and tasting menu.
From soft drinks, entrances, dishes and desserts that express the flavors and philosophy of artisan work.
